We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at info@kobalm.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
